Proof Required: An unboxing video is mandatory to raise a claim. This helps us verify the issue and process your request smoothly.

Process:

Handmade Jewelry will dispatch within 3 days 

Contact our support team within 3 days.

Share your order details along with the unboxing video.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as per your preference.
