Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
At Ashusgleam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Customized Products – No Refund
- Customized and personalized products are strictly non-refundable.
- Once a customized order has been placed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- Please review your customization details carefully before confirming your order.
2. Cancellation of Customized Orders
- Customized orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations requested after the 24-hour window.
3. All Jewellery – Refund & Replacement on Damage Only
- For all jewellery items, a refund or replacement is only applicable if the product received is damaged.
- In case of a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
- No refund or replacement will be issued for any reason other than product damage.
