Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only when an item is delivered damaged or defective.
A replacement request must be made within 7 calendar days from the date the order is delivered. Please contact us through the contact details available on this website and share your order number and details of the issue.
Normal returns or refunds are not available for items that are not damaged or defective.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation is accepted within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.
Cancellation requests made after this 24-hour period will not be accepted.
Shipping Policy
- Standard shipping across India: ₹80 per order.
- Free shipping is available on orders of ₹999 or more.
- Orders are dispatched manually through India Post.
